"Chicken One Water Color"

Drawing in water color is usually the safest way to go. Avoid cross hatching, shading, or any other color from the big pigments. The result is clean, linear lines that will never fade, at least in a color museum. A painting isn't any particular shape, but it is most important that it be a good-looking painting. Paint it well. It may look ugly at first. However, practice the basics and make a few tweaks. So, how do you begin? Start with colors. This is the big thing. You want to choose colors from your palette that have pleasing hues. Avoid bright colors or ones with harshness. The best starting point is probably what you do regularly in your art class.*
